Paul Beaver
Paul Beaver is a leading aviation historian, broadcaster, and author, as well as a historic aeroplane pilot who has been flying the Spitfire since 2011. He has authored over forty books, including “Winkle: The Extraordinary Life of Britain’s Greatest Pilot” and “Mitchell: Father of the Spitfire.” In addition to his writing, Paul has served as a television war reporter and journalist, and he spent twenty-seven years in the Territorial Army, rising to the rank of Colonel in the Army Air Corps.
