A monthly drop-in session allowing people in the local community to enjoy our beautiful garden and meet new people.
About the event
Tea, Talk and Walk perfectly describes these monthly sessions. Participants are greeted by our dedicated team in our learning centre where we offer light refreshments, including hot drinks, and a chance for people to chat before we slowly lead small groups around the Garden. These are gentle events that do not require any long-term commitment from people and are open to individuals and appropriate community organisations working with people who may benefit from such a programme.
These events are free but we ask that you register in advance by following the link for tickets.
To cancel your space, or if you are a community or organisation leader and would like to bring a group of up to 10 people, please email learning@chelseaphysicgarden.co.uk and we will be in touch.
We cannot accommodate groups of more than 10 people per organisation per session.
FAQs
Is the Chelsea Physic Garden accessible?Most of the Garden is fully accessible, with the exception of the first floor Gallery at Chelsea Physic Garden which is used only for special events and is only accessible via a narrow 22 step staircase with a handrail.

Bikes (including folding bikes) and scooters are not permitted. There are bike racks located along Royal Hospital Road. These can be used to secure any bikes and scooters.
Please do not secure any bikes or scooters to the railings outside the Royal Hospital Chelsea or Burton Court. Any items secure to these railings will be removed.
