As autumn gives way to winter, step into the warmth of this ancient garden of healing and explore the power of pine medicine with clinical herbalist Dawn Petter in this immersive and intimate workshop.

About the event

Spruce, fir, juniper, and the beloved pine are staples of our forests, and their needles, bark, resin, and pollen have been used in food and medicine across cultures for centuries. From cough syrups to pine pollen pancakes and spruce tip salt, this class will delight your taste buds and enrich your home apothecary as we discover the wonders of the conifer trees and their many uses.

Recipes and tastings are included, along with a remedy you will make in class to take home.
