Step into a world where stories grow on trees and every plant holds a secret. In this hands-on Folklore Perfume Blending workshop, you’ll explore the myths, legends and ancestral beliefs woven through the aromatic plants we still love today.

About the event

From roses linked to goddesses of love to resins once burned in sacred rites, each ingredient tells a tale and you’ll transform these stories into a personal fragrance of your own.

Guided by our scent storyteller, Tanya Moulding, aka The Perfume Mistress, you’ll smell your way through a curated collection of botanicals, uncover their symbolic meanings, and learn how folklore has shaped the way we use scent and aromatic plants for health, protection, memory, ritual and enchantment.

Then, using natural essences, you’ll craft a bespoke perfume inspired by the myth, archetype or plant spirit that resonates most deeply with you.

Whether you’re a perfume enthusiast, a lover of folklore, or a curious creative soul, this workshop invites you to blend intuition with artistry—bottling the magic of old stories for the modern world.
