About the event

About the event

Join Alice Crawford, a former dancer with the English National Ballet, for an expressive, joyful movement class full of laughter and fun in the safe, loving environment of the Royal Hospital Chelsea’s Soane Stable Yard.

Developed over several years through sessions with the Chelsea Pensioners, Alice has crafted a unique programme which:

  • maintains and improves joint mobility
  • gently builds stamina and strength
  • supports with memory and focus

Sessions are full of fun and laughter, are dementia-inclusive and are exclusively for local people aged 65+. Care givers are also welcome.
