Chelsea History Festival and Chelsea Heritage Quarter ownership and data control

The Chelsea Heritage Quarter is a new ongoing and year-round collaboration of the same four partners that annually programmed the Chelsea History Festival. The Chelsea History Festival will continue to be an annual programme under the Chelsea Heritage Quarter’s remit. This was an eventuality included in the privacy policy of the Chelsea History Festival website and therefore, as outlined in the Chelsea History Festival privacy policy, relevant data has been retained and transferred to the Chelsea Heritage Quarter website and will continue to be used for the purposes for which is was originally supplied to us.

We anticipate that the legal ownership of chelseaheritagequarter.co.uk will be transferred in due course to the Chelsea Heritage Quarter and they will become data controller for all data associated with the Chelsea History Festival and Chelsea Heritage Quarter. Since the purpose for which your data was provided will not change, your data will be retained so we can continue to communicate with you as per your preferences.

Every possible step will be taken to ensure that your privacy is protected.

Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy was created in June 2024. The National Army Museum reserves the right to change this privacy policy as we may deem necessary or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on this website.
